Why should I register before gift selection begins?

Many gifts have limited quantities.  By registering in advance you will be more likely to score the limited quantity gifts . . .

In registering for the gifts listed on this site, applicants agree that:

  1. The organizers of this site will make best efforts to ensure that the gift-givers and the site will deliver the gifts as promised in a reasonable time; but are not legally liable in case there are difficulties or delays in getting access to any particular gift.
  2. The value of the gift shown on the site is an estimate provided by the gift-giver in good faith and has not been independently verified.
  3. No refund of the purchase of the book will be made in the event that applicants are dissatisfied with the book or any particular gift.
  4. Applicants have no legal recourse against any particular gift-giver or the organizers of this site in case a gift does not deliver the benefits stated or implied on this site.
  5. The organizers of the site will make best efforts to ensure that gifts are allocated in the order in which applications are made, but are not responsible for providing information as to the identities of the eventual gift recipients or the details of the gift allocation mechanism.
  6. If the gift website malfunctions for any reason, the organizers will make best effort to fix and restore, but are not liable for any such malfunction.
